activity1. Creating a Digital Resource Bank

Begin to develop an image bank of digital resources that inspire you, or that you think you may use in your website. This can include images, animated graphics, video files, sound files or interactive elements.

Create a new folder in your work area. Call it Creating a Multimedia Website. Create three sub-folders; name one Primary Sources (for resources you create yourself), name one Secondary Sources (for resources that someone else has made) and name the other Website for the website you will build for this unit.

When you add a resource to the Secondary Sources sub-folder you should make note of the URL where you found it, the creator’s/designer’s name and any copyright information for future reference. Add the file size too.

You can use the blank sources log document to do this.
